In its first year, the challenge will tackle the subject of “Leading solutions and sustainable experiences for people of determination”. The Sustainable Solutions for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims Challenge provides innovators with the opportunity to showcase their creative ideas and technical solutions that facilitate Hajj and Umrah visitors’ journey and provide the highest standard of service. This extends the efforts of the government of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in serving pilgrims. The challenge focuses on facilitating the Hajj and Umrah journey in 6 tracks, including providing guidance content for the Hajj and Umrah journey, subsistence, health, mobility and movement, language and translation, and highly efficient tourism. The aim is to find advanced solutions under the supervision of a group of experts and professionals to select the qualified winning teams based on several basic criteria.
